WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
- All orders will be immediately handled.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within same day of payment; orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next day.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility.
For pre-sale items, your order will be shipped after the in-stock date.
*Except pre-sale items, which will ship after the date specified for each product. Standard shipping times apply to these items after they become available.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Your order should received within 5-7 business days of your order date.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation. we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes but please note items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must also be in perfect condition and unused in order to qualify for a return. In order to return your item simply go to thislink. We do not accept exchanges.
